At some point in our lives, we all need a verbal tap on the shoulder. This will be my mission: to give you a good word, exactly as I would like to hear it.

You don't build self-esteem over night! You need to practice it as much as possible. You need to basically throw yourself in the uncomfortable, blindly even, because this is the only way you'll get to another level in your life.
The longer you expose yourself to the "new", to the uncertain, the more you'll get to develop yourself. You can't just sit around and wait for some sort of divine force to come and gift you with some self-esteem. You build it, brick by brick, layer by layer. You need to put yourself in motion, so that your whole system comes in contact with situations, with people, no matter how uncomfortable this might feel.
Life offers you a whole range of resources which can greatly take part in building a better, an improved version of yourself. You can take from them as much as you like and whenever you feel like it. You just have to want it.
So train yourself as much as possible, take big bites out this life because this is the only way you'll get to explore and by exploring, you make yourself react at different stimulus, like circumstances and people. By reacting, you get to know yourself better and you get a sense of what you're truly made of.
By diving deeper into life, you'll get to fully trust your strength because you'll know how to deal with the "new", with the "uncertain", with the "uncomfortable".
Practice, practice, practice!
