At some point in our lives, we all need a verbal tap on the shoulder. This will be my mission: to give you a good word, exactly as I would like to hear it.

Always stay balanced! Never rush into speaking, into reacting. Don't immediately judge the words coming to you. Let them flow a little in your mind, digest them well and only then verbally react, if you truly feel like it.
When you listen more and talk less, you're giving yourself the time to truly understand if what you're hearing is worth reacting to. You're allowing yourself the time, even if it's just a couple of seconds, to ask yourself if you should consume energy to respond.
Mind your inner balance and don't allow an impulse to dictate your attitude, by speaking some words which you'll later regret saying. It's true...the need of responding, of reacting, can fool you, but you need to control it, so that it doesn't control you.
The good news is that you can train it, you can teach it to dance on your own music, so to speak. By giving it your time and your patience, this need of always impulsively responding to every word you're hearing, will no longer burn that intensely.
Value your inner balance and always put it first!
